Get in the Christmas Spirit!
Kimberly Chapman never ceases to amaze me, really, truly! These cute Christmas lights will put you in the holiday spirit, for sure. Maybe I'll make a bunch and hang them up on an i-cord, and put them up in my room, since you know, Christmas lights aren't allowed in my dorm... What a bunch of scrooges!

Don't call it... A COMEBACK!
I'm back at my college of choice, which means, back from vacation, which means, I CAN KNIT AGAIN!
To celebrate, here's a link to the long-overdue Scorpion. I mean, LONG overdue! I'm so sorry!
But, don't worry, it's not hard and poisonous! It's cute and knit up by Rustleaire, creator of all things cool.
Let me tell you... I can only knit small projects until after Christmas, so this is on the list :) I love it so much, no joke! And I have just the yarn for it, too...

MONSTTTUURRRS~
So, here's a late Halloween present. To you. Through me. From the wildly creative things and ideas, a cute lil' blog.
I still can't knit! It's so hard looking for patterns, because it makes me so depressed, but I'll do it for you, internet. You deserve things like this.
Creepy things... like this...

Fish Fish Fish!
So how adorable are these guys!? Brought to you by wonderful Susan Dennis... who has a website named after her. I want a website named after me! Anyway, these fish are no-sew, with google eyes, and grafted fins so that, if put into a knitted sea, they would swim.
You know, I had goldfish once. My little brother and I each one a goldfish at a local festival and they lived happily together in a nice plastic tank. Little did when know, the plastic was leeching into the water... and eventually my brother's fish ate mine. That seemed to be a precursor on how the rest of our lives together have formed out so far, haha!
Anyway, back on topic... so cute! Knit one, then comment with a blog/ravelry link.

Spider!
So, it's been a wee bit difficult for me to find patterns, partly on the part of a general slow in the knitted toys world, partly because I'm having a hard time with people getting back to me, but here's a treat for the blogo-world. This spider is a limited-time-only free, so knit it up while you can, because after Halloween Dearest Dawn will be selling it! So, if don't want to buy it, knit it up now... if not, you can get it off Ravelry and Etsy this November :)
I'd personally like to knit this and leave it near a certain arachnaphobic's window... mwahahaha!

Beware the Moth!
So, I figured out how to save pictures to the desktop on my mac! Whooo! That's up there on my list of accomplishments today, which include (but are not limited to):
Finding my classroom
Learning how to sign "bacon"
Trying couscous
. . . I'm a sad person- well, here's something that isn't sad! A pattern! This cute member of the insect family is hated by many knitters, but loved by the few that truly take the time to get to know him. His name is Ron, he was created by the ingenious Presents, and his cedar smelling self will scare the bad moths away, so make one! Do it! He's adorable!
(Also note the amalgamation of other free patterns on Presents's* Blog, and her hat patterns in her shop, because they. are. amazing!)
*This is a questionable use of the apostrophe. Please don't hate my bad grammar.
Anyway, I hope you're all well, Internet, and I'm going to try to have some nice pattern pictures by tomorrow :)

Stinky Cheese, Hooray!
So, what's cooler than the ginger bread man? The fairly stupid tales, of course! Once you graduate from fairy tales, the only place to go is satire, really.
Anyway, lovely Bethany created the most awesome stinky cheese man! Check him ooouuuttt! No, really, props for creative subject matter. The guy has olives for eyes! Was that in the book? I better put my Calculus work down for a while and go check...
(Edit: I wish I could show you guys a picture, but for some reason I can't. Damn Mac computer... and my inexperience therewith...)
